Trump says group chat leak is a minor issue
on March 25th local time, according to the Daily Mail, US President Trump defended National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, calling him a "lesson-learned" "good person." Previously, according to the Atlantic Monthly, senior Trump officials inadvertently added Atlantic Monthly editor Jeffrey Goldberg to a group chat that discussed highly sensitive plans for US bombing of Houthi targets in Yemen. Trump refuted the report, stating that it was "the only minor glitch in two months, and not a serious problem," and that Goldberg's presence in the chat "had no effect at all," and these attacks were "very successful."
