BTC volatility index falls below 50, and the market is expected to enter a period of volatility
Odaily Planet Daily News: Lin Chen, head of Asia-Pacific business at Deribit, said that the BTC volatility index DVOL has fallen below 50 and is currently at 47. In the past year, DVOL was above this value 96% of the time, with a historical high of 92 and a low of 41. Lin Chen pointed out that the sharp drop in volatility means that the market expects BTC to not rise or fall sharply in the short term, and may enter a period of sideways consolidation.
