Fox Reporter: The U.S. Financial Regulatory Authority has added a new section about cryptocurrency on its website
Fox reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the United States has added a section about cryptocurrency to its website.
Although it did not mention "cryptocurrency asset security" (except for linking to the U.S. SEC's investor warning in 2023 in the "Learn More" section), FINRA still pointed out that, apart from cryptocurrency trading, cryptocurrencies themselves can also be considered as securities.
The section provides an in-depth overview of various types of crypto assets, their buying and selling methods, and potential risks associated with them. It also links to other resources related to cryptocurrencies on its own website and those of other regulatory agencies such as SEC, CFTC and FTC.
