SingularityNET Releases Updates on AGIX Migration, Cardano-Ethereum Bridging and Pledge Issues
On September 15, decentralized AI platform SingularityNET released an update on X regarding CNT-AGIX migration, Cardano-Ethereum bridge and pledge issues.
Pledge Withdrawal Issues: If resolved before the start of the Reward Distribution Phase on September 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. UTC, please ensure that the migration is completed before the September 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. UTC Qualification Snapshot; if not resolved by September 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. UTC, please contact the Support Team immediately for immediate assistance by contacting ; Users who are unable to withdraw their tokens before the end of the Reward Distribution Phase at 9:00 AM UTC on September 19th will have a 5-hour window of time to unpledge and convert their tokens prior to the Governance 2:00 PM UTC Voting Eligibility Snapshot on the same day as their tokens.
Migration/Bridging Issues: users will need to wait a few hours for the issue to resolve itself. If the issue is not resolved within 12 hours, please navigate to contact the support team.
Hardware Wallet Issues: Users will need to ensure that the hardware wallet and associated applications have been updated to the latest firmware version; further updates will be available on Monday, September 16, 2024.
