SEC fines OTC Link over $1M for not reporting suspicious activities

The company’s failure to report suspicious transactions happened despite running three major trading platforms dealing with risky securities. The SEC is forcing OTC Link to hire a compliance consultant to fix their anti-money laundering policies and make sure this doesn’t happen again.
