Open Campus community OCP-9 proposal recommends allocating $10 million to serve as other ecosystem verification nodes

According to news on May 23, NewCampus project director Megan Miao submitted an OCP-9 proposal in the Open Campus community, suggesting that Open Campus DAO allocate $10 million from the ecosystem fund to obtain verification nodes from other ecosystems.
