Founder of the U.S. Digital Chamber of Commerce: The U.S. SEC issued additional comments on the S-1 of the spot Bitcoin ETF applicant
Perianne Boring, founder and CEO of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, recently posted on social media that the US Securities and Exchange Commission has just issued a supplementary comment on the S-1 of the Bitcoin ETF applicant, which may be a signal of delay. In response, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said that he expects to see more amendments tomorrow, but he does not necessarily believe it is a signal of delay.
