OpenAI holds its first developer conference next Monday and will launch new products
According to Jinse Finance, OpenAI, the manufacturer of ChatGPT, is expected to announce product improvements at its first developer conference next Monday, making its AI models cheaper and more powerful. The company's CEO, Altman, promised attendees that they will launch "some great new things." The one-day event will be held in a desolate area near San Francisco City Hall and is expected to attract hundreds of developers from around the world. In addition to announcing new products, the company may also fine-tune the capabilities of its advanced AI model, GPT-4. Sources familiar with Altman's thinking say that making OpenAI an essential part of other companies' application development is one of its most important strategic goals.
