Coinbase chief legal officer: Regulators may soon approve Bitcoin ETF
On October 20th, Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated in an interview with CNBC that Coinbase is confident in the approval of a Bitcoin ETF by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He did not disclose a specific time, but regulatory agencies may soon approve a Bitcoin ETF and emphasized that regulatory agencies failed to prevent Grayscale from converting its GBTC Bitcoin fund to an ETF in court.
